Advocates see past the manipulation and instead figure out ways to have a more honest discussion. The Insightful trait also allows advocates to easily see how people and events are connected, in order to come to the root of the problem. A leader can maximize this trait of strength in order to quickly analyze and read any given situation, to get closer to his or her specific goal.

This specific strength gives advocates an astonishingly fluid and inspirational writing and speech style that directly influences the inner idealists in his or her audience. Being able to speak from the heart where each word is passionate and authentic is a useful trait to perfect especially in a leadership position. Advocates also have a strong altruistic trait that is used for the better good. With this trait, advocates usually will not partake in a action or a belief if it only benefits themselves. Instead, they have strong beliefs into things that they believe will genuinely make the world a better place.
