LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY

 I believe a true leader is someone that can successfully lead a group of people to a specific or similar goal. Whether that goal is something in work, or in the gym, or even a politician that leads many people, they need to obtain the qualities that set you apart from the rest. Right now I believe that self-growth or positive personal development, along with being able to decipher a situation under multiple perspectives is what takes you onto the path of becoming a successful leader. While those qualities can set you apart in leadership I also believe to become a respected leader, you need to have one natural quality about yourself. That being the ability to try even if you fail at something. Every other quality that makes up good leadership such as accountability, honesty, or being the front runner within a community, can be learned through practice. I want to use my expertise and experience to bring people together for the greater good.
